While you’ll probably never need to cash in on your two-year warranty, we always encourage our customers to register their headphones the day they receive them - just in case! Here are a few things you’re going to need:
- Your basic contact information (like your name and address)
- Your basic product information (like the headphone model and color)
- Purchase information (date and location, if the headphones were a gift, please use the date you received the headphones and simply write "gift" as your place of purchase)

Not sure which address you should use? Choose where you’ll want your headphones to ship should you need to receive a replacement. If you’re located in the US or Canada, your replacement will be sent through the postal service or FedEx.
